WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

In Store: Refunds within 7 days of purchase.

Exchange within 14 days.

Online: We will honor requests to cancel orders within 24hrs of purchase, but we will not cancel orders past 24hrs of placement for any reason. This is our standard policy.

If you're unhappy with your item once it is received, please contact us and we try to resolve any issue immediately.

If you do not contact us within 15 days of delivery, we will not issue refunds, returns, or exchanges. Returned items must be in original condition and not show any signs of wear or use. To request a refund or exchange, please e-mail nikkie@tirzadesign.com. Include your first and last name, item name, and reason for return. Once the return is received, all items will be examined and a full refund or store will be issued within 5 business days. Please note that refund will be issued for value or merchandise returned only (shipping fees will not be credited.)

All items are handmade, and therefore some small imperfections/inconsistencies (that fall within the normal range for a handmade item) may occur. Examples of these may include threading coming loose or uneven, slight variances of color from what appears on the screen, small imperfections that in no way affect the functionality or aesthetic appeal of an item. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these.

Silk nylon tassel is delicate and should be handled as such. If your earring becomes uneven or a thread becomes loose, you can simply pull the thread gently to even out, or remove it gently with tweezers.

These earrings are delicate and must be handled carefully. We will not replace items that have damaged due to rough handling after they have been safely delivered to you.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

Online: Every purchase comes ready for gift giving with wrapping paper, sticker, and a custom-designed mailer box. The receipt will not be included in the physical box. We do not gift wrap, but the box is sleek and gift-ready!

HOW DO I CLEAN THEM?

Gold-filled hooks/connectors:

The best thing you can do with gold filled jewelry is to keep it sealed in a baggie when you aren't wearing it, to prevent oxidization. It is also best to keep it from sweat, chemicals, and grime. Warm water and a soft cloth are the best things you can do to maintain the beauty of your jewelry. For deeper, occasional cleaning, a drop of soap will return its luster. When you have finished cleaning make sure that you have dried your items properly using a clean dry flannel cloth. Saltwater & chlorine in swimming pools take their toll on all fine jewelry. Many chemicals marketed for cleaning jewelry can be somewhat abrasive and corrosive and can cause damage or color alteration to your jewelry. Gold-filled jewelry can bend, you can gently use tweezers or plyers to reshape.

Tassels:

The tassel pieces are delicate and should not be ripped, bent, or handled roughly. You can easily trim the tassel to the desired length if a thread gets uneven. Do not shower or swim in these pieces.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOLD-FILLED & GOLD-PLATED?

Most of our designs are created with 14kt -18k Gold filled earring hooks.
A thin sheet of gold is bonded together to nickel-free brass and then permanently bonded. Gold-filled pieces are 100x more durable and tarnish resistant than gold plated metal. A great high-quality alternative for those with sensitive ears and a more affordable option than solid gold.
